Service agreement

Terms & conditions.

These draft terms govern access to the Onbops website and software service made by Makroways.

Effective and last updated: 2 October 2026

Pre-launch legal review required: Add the contracting entity, address, governing law, courts, approved plan and renewal rules, liability cap, activation timing and final refund terms before customers accept these terms or make payments.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accepting an order or using Onbops, the customer agrees to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy. A person accepting for a business confirms that they are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

Onbops provides digital tools for billing and business operations. The features included in a purchase are those stated in the applicable plan, order or written agreement. Preview, beta and “coming soon” features may change and are not guaranteed until released.

3. Accounts

Customers must provide accurate information, limit access to authorized users, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. The customer is responsible for activity carried out through its accounts except to the extent caused by Makroways.

4. Fees, taxes and payments

Prices, billing frequency, currency, taxes and renewal terms must be shown before payment. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed provider. The customer authorizes the selected provider to process the transaction and must not submit payment credentials through ordinary email or support messages.

Makroways is responsible for displaying accurate charges and issuing required payment or tax records. Any applicable GST treatment and invoice details must be confirmed before launch.

5. Cancellation, refunds and delivery

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital access and onboarding are handled under the Service Delivery Policy. Plan-specific terms shown before purchase take precedence where they clearly provide additional rights.

6. Permitted use

Subject to payment and these terms, Makroways grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Onbops for its internal business operations during the applicable service period.

7. Prohibited use

A user must not break the law; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; bypass usage limits; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; resell access without written permission; or use Onbops to create misleading, fraudulent or unlawful records.

8. Customer data

The customer retains its rights in data it submits. The customer gives Makroways permission to host, process, transmit and back up that data as needed to provide, secure and support the service. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to enter personal, billing and customer information into Onbops and for the accuracy of that information.

9. Intellectual property

Onbops, its software, interface, documentation, branding and related materials belong to Makroways or its licensors. No ownership transfers to the customer. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to pay for it, provided it does not identify the customer or disclose confidential information without permission.

10. Third-party services

The service may interoperate with payment, hosting, messaging or accounting providers. Their separate terms and availability may apply. Makroways is not responsible for a third-party service beyond obligations that applicable law places on Makroways.

11. Suspension and termination

Makroways may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue undisputed fees, subject to any notice required by law or contract. On termination, rights to use the service end. Data export and deletion rules must be finalized for production subscriptions.

12. Service standard and disclaimers

Makroways will use reasonable care in providing the service. Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, preview and beta functionality is provided without a commitment that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Customers remain responsible for reviewing invoices, tax settings, exports and business decisions before relying on them.

13. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any contractual limitation of liability, exclusions for indirect loss and the monetary cap must be reviewed and approved for the business model before these terms are used for paid customers.

14. Changes

Makroways may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the date at the top will be updated. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

15. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, courts with jurisdiction and escalation process must be inserted after Makroways confirms the contracting entity and principal place of business. Customers may first raise a concern through the Contact & Grievance page.

16. Contact

Email contact@onbops.com. The registered address, telephone number and grievance officer details must be published before payment launch.
